Murray County Medical Center is a county-owned hospital facility located in Slayton, Minnesota. They employ 150-200 employees, and are a 25-bed critical access hospital. This facility is designated as a Level IV Trauma Facility and Acute Stroke Ready Hospital by the State of Minnesota. Murray County Medical Center is also 1 of 8 Minnesota Certified Healthcare Homes. As a county-owned facility, Murray County Medical Center is deeply rooted in the surrounding communities through local goodwill projects and community health partnerships and initiatives.

Hospice of Murray County is a unique part of the healthcare community and is devoted to providing hospice services to patients and their families with comfort, compassion, and dignity during the end stages of life. It is a free-standing, community-based, non-profit organization.

Our hospice team provides hospice services to patients in Our House in Slayton, private homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities throughout Southwest Minnesota within 40 miles of Slayton.
